Purchased territories are exclusive to one active operator per market per product. Territory protection remains in effect for the duration of your active subscription.
Pilot deployments are founder-supervised, bounded in scope, and subject to the qualification process described on our application pages. Not all applicants qualify. Deployment begins after purchase confirmation.
You agree to use our systems in compliance with all applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and relevant state regulations. Send caps, suppression lists, and opt-out handling are enforced by the platform.
